Exchanges & Returns
Refunds or exchanges can only be made within 30 days of purchase. Send your package pre-paid freight to us, stating whether you prefer a refund or an exchange. If an exchange is requested, please state the item number of your desired exchange. Please, include your phone number and/or email address so that we may be able to reach you.

Returns: If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We will reimburse you for the cost of the item only.
Exchanges: If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Incorrect Orders: If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for shipping costs to replace the item.
Credits: A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. It may take up to 2 billing periods for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. |
